AOS Society Membership
Principal Terms
  1. Scope of Applicability:
        – These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all facilities under AOS Society, including:
        – UrbanBall Academy (for kids aged 3 and above)
        – Tk_elite Academy (for adults)
        – Taekwondo Fit Academy (for kids aged 3 and above)
        – Muaythai Fit Academy (for adults)
        – Flex Gym (for adults)
  2. Agreement Formation:
      – This agreement is binding upon acceptance of your membership application. By accepting, you agree to comply with these terms, facility rules, and any amendments communicated.
  3. Membership Types:
      – Memberships are offered in various categories, including monthly and prepaid options, tailored to your chosen academy or gym.
      – Facility access is strictly limited to the type of membership purchased (e.g., UrbanBall members cannot access Flex Gym without a separate membership).
  4. Eligibility:
      – Kids’ Academies: Open to children aged 3 and above with a completed parental consent form.
      – Adult Programs: Open to individuals aged 16 and above.
Membership Fees and Payments
  1. Joining Fees:
      – A non-refundable joining fee is charged upon enrollment, covering administrative and initial onboarding costs.
  2. Monthly Membership Payments:
      – Monthly fees are collected via debit or credit card on a recurring basis.
      – Failure to pay may result in a suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
  3. Discounted Plans and Promotions:
      – Special discounts for long-term memberships or promotional periods may be offered. Promotional pricing is subject to terms and may expire at the end of the promotional period.
  4. Price Increases:
      – AOS Society reserves the right to revise membership fees. Members will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.
  5. Freezing Membership:
      – Membership can be frozen for up to 3 months per year at a fee of 50 SAR per month. Requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the next billing cycle.
      – Freezing does not count toward fulfilling any minimum membership term obligations.
Cancellations and Refunds
  1. Cooling-Off Period:
      – Members have a 48-hour cooling-off period during which they may cancel their membership and receive a full refund if no free trial or induction was provided.
  2. Member-Initiated Cancellation:
      – Monthly memberships can be canceled with at least 2 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
      – Prepaid memberships are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term medical conditions, relocation more than 30 km away, or pregnancy). Documentation is required.
  3. AOS Society-Initiated Termination:
      – Memberships may be terminated without refund for:
      – Breach of terms.
      – Non-compliance with rules.
      – Misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
      – Sharing access with unauthorized individuals.
Facility Use and Member Conduct
  1. Facility Access:
      – Members may only access facilities corresponding to their membership type.
      – Access devices or PINs are for personal use only and must not be shared. Unauthorized sharing will result in penalties or membership termination.
  2. Equipment and Facility Use:
      – Members must complete an induction session before using equipment. Misuse of equipment is at the member’s own risk.
      – Members are required to clean equipment after use and return it to its designated location.
  3. Safety and Behavior:
      – Members must act respectfully toward staff and other members. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion and membership termination.
      – Smoking, alcohol, and substance use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  4. Dress Code:
      – Appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear are mandatory. Modest clothing is required, especially in family-friendly spaces.
  5. Parental Responsibility:
      – Parents must supervise children under 16 at all times within AOS Society facilities. Children are not permitted to use adult gym equipment unless authorized.
  6. Food and Drink:
      – Only water and sports drinks in non-breakable containers are allowed in the facilities. Outside food is prohibited.
Liability and Health
  1. Assumption of Risk:
      – Members use the facilities at their own risk. AOS Society is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues unless caused by gross negligence.
  2. Medical Emergencies:
      – Members must disclose any health concerns or medical conditions before engaging in activities. Participation is prohibited without a doctor’s clearance if a member is unfit.
  3. Loss or Damage:
      – AOS Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Temporary lockers are provided, but members must secure their belongings.
  4. Hygiene and Cleanliness:
      – Members must maintain personal hygiene. Use of towels during workouts is mandatory. Members causing hygiene-related discomfort to others may be asked to leave.
Promotions and Free Trials
  1. Promotions:
      – Promotions are valid only during specific periods and are non-transferable. Multiple discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  2. Free Trials:
      – First-time visitors may access a single free trial session. Participants must comply with facility rules and sign a liability waiver.
Privacy and Data Protection
  1. Data Usage:
      – Personal data is collected to manage memberships, process payments, and enhance services. Data will be handled per Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
  2. Third-Party Sharing:
      – Information may be shared with trusted service providers for payment processing or compliance purposes.
  3. Communication:
      – Members agree to receive communications related to their membership, billing, and promotions. Members can opt-out of promotional communications.
Facility Closures and Maintenance
  1. Temporary Closures:
      – Facilities may close temporarily for maintenance, events, or emergencies. Members will be notified in advance whenever possible. No refunds will be provided for such closures.
  2. Equipment Availability:
      – Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must adhere to time limits during peak hours.
Dispute Resolution

– All disputes arising from membership or facility use will be governed by Saudi law and resolved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s competent courts.

General Provisions
  1. Modifications:
      – AOS Society reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be informed of changes, which will take effect immediately.
  2. Non-Compliance:
      – Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of membership.
